I'm glad that you've found my website and I hope that I can help you. So many people seem to be struggling with their mental health at the moment and it seems that the services are stretched beyond belief.
It's my belief that nearly all conditions are treatable, but a good treatment plan needs to be individual and flexible. I don't follow any specific formula or method - rather, I use a toolkit drawn from many disciplines, including hypnotherapy where I may record individual audio files that will help you relax and overcome your anxieties. Knowing how to relax is a big step on the road to recovery.
I specialise in depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, phobias, PTSD, anger issues and addictions, but the approach is applicable to most conditions.
